Formally Norwestra, S.P. Richards Canada was acquired by S.P. Richards, of Atlanta, GA.
2020
S.P. Richards Canada was acquired by Novexco giving Canadian ownership to Canada’s largest Business Supplies and JanSan Wholesaler.
